Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cupSooji (rawa)
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 2 tbsp milk powder
  4. 3 Tbsp spinach paste
  5. Pinchcardamom powder
  6. 250 mlmilk
  7. 1 tea spoonbutter
  8. 3 tbsp. cashew, almonds and pista powder

Steps

  1. 1

    First, stir the sooji for 15 min in the frying pan.

    When the colour of the sooji become brownish then put buttter in the frying pan and stir well with sooji.

    Then put sugar in the frying pan and stir well with sooji for 3 min.

    Then pour milk in the frying pan and make it dry.

  5. 5

    Then put spinach paste in the frying pan which will make the colour of the sooji green.

    Then put cordemom powder, cashew powder, pista powder and almond powder above for garNishing purpose. Then cut the barfi into pieces.
