  • 250 GMmakhana
  • 1 tsppizza seasoning
  • 1/2 tspchilli flakes
  • as per tasteSalt

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan adds makhana.

    Roast makhana on low flame till it's crisp.

    Add salt chilli flakes pizza seasoning mix it properly cools it and stores in airtight container.
