Leafy potato Wedges
Steps

Cut and wash the potato Wedges, dip in cold water for 30 minutes. Then wash two times.

Make a mixture with Bason, red chilli powder, salt and pinch or baking soda. Mix it with little water.

Add spinach and coriander leaves in the Bason mixture. Mix again.
- 4
Cut potatoes in wedges shape now dip into gram flour mixture and fry into oil.
- 5
Deep fry till golden then take them out from oil and serve.
