We all family members enjoy this meal.
Steps

Clean and wash leaves and boil it for aprox:4 to 5 hours.strain and put in strainer for 4-5 hours.

Now blend it.

Take a pan put ghee and oil. Add white part of garlic fry for few min:than add tomatoes, salt and red chilli powder.when tomatoes become soft, add chop saag,and stir well.

Add green chilli slice, green part of garlic.stir till done. Put on dum for 10 min:.

For roti, take a bowl put rice flour and wheat flour salt to taste. Make thick batter, as pan cakes.

Now heat tawa(non stick) low to medium flame, put batter and spread with hand.

Cook both sides.spread little ghee or butter as you like.put aside. Make 7-8.chapaties.
