I am a huge fan of leftovers and I always try to find a way of using them. This time I made my own paste with some leftover sesame seeds perfect for any savoury or dessert dish.

Ingredients

50 grblack sesame seeds
2 tbsprice bran oil, or any vegetable oil available
Pinchsalt - optional

Steps

Toast your seeds for 30 seconds just to release the oil.

Blend to a fine powder and start by adding the oil one tbsp at the time. Add salt if using and keep blending to a liquid paste. Keeps in the fridge for a month.
