Blend tomato,onion and chillies and make paste of it.

Take a karahi.put ghee in it.and add ginger chopped in small pieces.

Then add tomato and onion puree in it

Cook it while it leaves ghee.now add salt,garam masala and haldi powder.

Then add fresh malai in it and mix it.

Its a smooth paste now.Then add cheese cut into pieces

Add water to make gravy smooth.

Now add dry mint leaves in it

Cook it but not more than 2 min. Its ready to serve
