Vegetable Pulao

First take 2 cups of rice. Wash it twice with water and let the rice soak for minimum 30 mins.

Now add 3 tbsp of oil in a kadhai. To that add all of the veggies- tomato, onion, capsicum, carrot, cauliflower, cabbage, french beans and saute them well on a low-medium flame

Now to that add all masala- red chilli powder, dhania powder, haldi, garam masala, black pepper, pav bhaji masala and mix all of them well.

Now gradually add all of rice along with water.

Add the salt. Now let the puloa cook on medium flame for 10 mins.

Delicious vegetable Pulao is ready
