Turnip bhaji
Steps

Peel turnip and cut into small pieces. Wash it.

Heat wok fry onion till golden brown then add tomato and ginger garlic paste. Fry it for 2 mins.

Add all dry spices and turnip. Add little water. And add sugar mix it well. Let is cook until tender.

Cover it for 10 to 15 minutes. Now mashed it with smasher. Cook it until the oil release then garnish it with green coriander leaves.
