Home alone cooked, inspired by mom, as mom is out of station, I remember how she was use to make this Healthy Pumpkins.
Steps

Wash all vegetables first then,

Cut pumpkin in small pieces, chopped chillies, coriander, and tomato.

Keep pan on Stove, put little oil, let oil get warm and put mustard seeds, cumin seeds, salt, turmeric and saute once.

Then put pieces of pumpkin in that, saute for some time.

Now put green chillies and saute.

Later put pieces of tomato, and saute.

Now sprinkle pinch of sugar, give a stir, and close the pan or cooking bowl with lid simmer the flame and keep it for few minutes.

Later open the lid put little water if possible warm water, give a stir, and again close the lid, let it cook till it is done or all water gets evaporated.

In the end sprinkle chopped coriander.

The Healthy Pumpkins are ready to eat with anything, you can also eat it as sald with little sprinkle of lemon juice.
