Ingredients

  • ForDough preparation-
  • 1.5 cupmaida
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 2eggs
  • as required oil
  • FORstuffing-
  • 2 tbspShredded onion
  • 1 tspGreen chillies paste
  • 1 cupMinced chicken
  • As per tasteSalt
  • 1 tspPepper
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 tspsoya sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    For dough, preparation take all the ingredients.

    After 4 hours knead the dough well and divide into 4 equal parts.

    Roll the dough to thin sheet and make the momo sheet as per your size choices.

    For stuffing add all the ingredients and mix well.

    Fold the wontons as shown below and add it to boiling water. Cook on medium flame until momos float.

    Serve hot with Chinese sauce or red sauce.
