Steps

Firstly beat eggs with an egg beater, keep aside.

Take a non-stick pan, add ghee, heat it.

Now add ginger garlic grated, stir fry it for a while.

Now add onion, stir fry it until translucent.

Add haldi, dhania powder, black pepper powder & salt, stir fry it for a while.

Now add green chilli, give a stir.

Add eggs now, stir it for a while. Add dhania patta, again stir fry it for a while.

Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it till egg is almost cooked.

Increase the flame now, open the lid, cook it for a while.

Switch off the flame now, take out in a serving bowl.

It is a very nice breakfast recipe.
