Bam Chili (Beef and Lamb Chili)
I saw another version of this recipe without lamb. I was inspired.
Steps

Cook ground beef and ground lamb. Once cooked to your satisfaction, set them aside.

Save 1 tablespoon of fat from the pan.

Clean out the pan and start frying the pieces of chuck. Once cooked, add them to the beef and lamb that has been set aside.

Start frying the mushrooms and onions.

Add that tablespoon of fat to the pan. Then add the lamb and beef. Mix everything together.

Add both bottles of beer and the pieces of all three bell peppers.

Add all of the beans to the pan.

Once all are together, let the pot lightly simmer for one hour.
