Ingredients

15 servings
  1. 400 gramsStrong bread flour
  2. 8 gramsDried yeast
  3. 40 gramsSugar
  4. 6 gramsSalt
  5. 20 gramsSkim milk powder
  6. 260 gramsLukewarm water
  7. 40 gramsButter
  8. 15 sliceHam
  9. 1Mayonnaise
  10. 1Fresh parsley

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Leave the first rising of the dough up to your bread maker or dough kneader. Let it knead for 20 minutes and let it rise for 40 minutes. Divide into 15 portions(1 piece is about 55g), then let it rest for 15 minutes.

  2. 2

Stretch out the dough to a flat round disk that's slightly smaller than the size of the ham, then place the ham on top. Use a rolling pin to roll it out (on top of the ham) so that it slightly peeks out from under the ham.

  3. 3

Roll up the ham, cut it into 4 equal pieces and place into aluminum cups. Let rise a second time for 20 minutes.

  4. 4

Coat with egg to glaze and squeeze some mayonnaise on top. I recommend using a lot of mayonnaise.

  5. 5

Bake for 10 minutes at 170℃ in a gas oven. Top with parsley and they're finished.
