Super seeds nuts non alcohol Christmas fruit cake

Soak the dry nuts seeds and fruits in fresh orange juice for 2 hours or overnight

Take half cup milk add vinegar to it and keep aside

Sift the dry flours maida corn flour and baking powder baking soda on the soaked fruits
- 4
This step keeps the nuts and fruits properly mixed in the cake and it doesn’t settle at the bottom

Mix it well then add powdered sugar cardamom powder oil vanilla essence and curdled milk
- 6
Add some more milk if needed

Pour this in a lined cake tin add more fruits and nuts to garnish the cake

Bake this cake for 30min at 180 degrees
