3-Minute Hard Boiled Eggs in a Frying Pan

I read in some book and heard on television that if you boil cold eggs, they'll be easier to peel. I tried it out and it turned out well, so I always do this.
The water comes to a boil quickly when using a frying pan, and it might also save fuel? lol

The way that the eggs will boil might be a little bit different depending on the size of the eggs.
You don't really need to adjust the heat, just keep the water boiling.
If you're scared or having difficulty rolling the eggs, I think that it would be alright not to. For those of you who are nervous about placing the eggs into the pan with your hands, you could of course use a ladle. I cracked a lot of eggs too. Recipe by Kumiyamu

Ingredients

  1. 1enough to cover half of the bottom of a frying pan Eggs

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Add 2 cm of water to a frying pan.

  2. 2

Once the water comes to a boil, take chilled eggs out of the fridge, and place them in the frying pan without cracking them. Rolling them around while placing them in is best.

  3. 3

Cover with a lid, and in order to prevent the eggs from resting on one side, tilt the frying pan and roll them around without cracking them. Once you've rolled them around 2 or 3 times, start timing 3 minutes. Please use a timer. Turn off the heat, and leave them as is for 10 minutes. Then move the eggs to a bath of cold water. Once they've cooled down, you're done!
