Steps

Cut the paneer into desired shape and size.

Make a marinade with all the ingredients except oil. Apply marinade evenly on all sides of the paneer pieces and keep aside for 20-30 minutes.

Heat 1-2 tsp oil in a grill pan. Arrange marinated paneer pieces and grill on a medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

Serve hot with green chutney or any chutney of your choice.
