Cooking Instructions

In a bowl add wheat flour, rice flour, oil, salt mix well add water and knead the dough. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes. Then roll it on "Chonge" mould and cook it on tawa.

Heat a pan add jaggery and water as required once jaggery melts completely. Then add remaining all ingredients except ghee. More x it well

Now soak Cooked Dough in jagger as shown in pic and let it absorb it completely. Then again while serving add the sweet and ghee. Yummiest "Chonge" is ready to eat.
