Firstly, marinate boneless chicken with lemon juice, salt, olive oil, ginger garlic paste, chili flakes, oregano, and black pepper powder for a few hours. Then steam it. Cut into small pieces and set aside.

Boil eggs. Remove shell. Cut into small pieces. Add only white and discard the yolks or you can add yolks too if you want.

In a mixing bowl, add the chopped onion, tomato, green bell pepper, green chilies, boiled eggs, mayonnaise, grated cheese and mix well.

Add the steamed and cut chicken pieces. Mix everything well.

Add salt and black pepper powder and mix it well.

Take bread slices and trim away all the edges of the bread slices. Apply little butter on one side of all the 8 bread slices.

Placing the buttered side down, spread the prepared mixture on 4 bread slices. Place the other 4 bread slices over the mixture with the buttered side on top.

Place on pre-heated griller and grill till golden brown.

Cut the Delicious and Creamy Grilled Junglee Chicken Sandwiches into two triangles and serve it immediately with any sauce or chutney of your choice.
