Pattili m ghee/oil garamkarengy us mein pyaz (slice ki hoi)dalege or brown hony tak fry karen gy. Jab brown ho jae pyaz ko separate kar lain. Or usi oil mein sub masale shamil kar ke mix karen, or tindy or alu dal kar kuch sec mix karein.

Ab dahi or fry ki hoi pyaz ko bland kar lain or alu Tindo mein shamil kar ke achy se bhoon lain ke oil separate hojae, then pani itna shamil karengy ke usi m alu Tindy cook hojae or shorba/gravy bhi ban jae.
