Steps

Firstly chop all the vegetables and take a pressure cooker and add 2 tablespoon of butter and 2 teaspoon of oil to it and when the butter gets melted add jeera and 3 dry Red chillies mix it slightly and when the jeera starts poping add onions and cook it well till they become translucent.

When the onion gets translucent add chopped ginger, garlic and potatoes and mix it well till they are cooked nicely

When they get cooked add chopped carrot and capsicum and mix it well and add to it red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, haldi powder,aamchoor powder and mix it well till the Masala gets cooked nicely

When all the vegetables and masala gets cooked add tomatoes and salt mix it well and close it with a lid for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes when the tomato leaves it's water add garam masala mix it well and add soaked rice and mix it well with the gravy and add water mix it well.

Now close the pressure cooker with 5 vissils and your Pulav is ready to eat if you want you can garnish with coriander leaves
