Ingredients

  1. 100 grams☆Chocolate bar
  2. 50 grams☆Unsalted butter
  3. 5 grams☆ Kombu tea
  4. 50 grams○Cake flour
  5. 10 grams○Cocoa powder
  6. 2 grams○Baking powder
  7. 60 gramsSugar
  8. 2Eggs (large)

Cooking Instructions

    Melt all ☆ ingredients in a double broiler. Combine ○ ingredients and sift. Preheat oven at 170℃.

    Combine egg and sugar and mix with a whisk. It's okay if there's still some graininess of the sugar.

    Mix in the melted chocolate. Don't worry if it's still hot.

  4. 4

    Sift the powdered ingredients (for the second time) into the bowl. Mix well with a whisk.

    Pour into a pan (or cupcake liners) and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven to finish.
