Dahi ki kadhi
Easy to make dahi ki kadhi for lunch or dinner.
Cooking Instructions

Firstly put curd, gram flour and red chilli powder in a bowl. Mix well and add as much water required.

Now take a kadhai and pour mixture into it. Keep it on low flame and keep stirring.

Once it starts boiling - add green chilli and salt
- 4
Meanwhile take a pan, heat some oil in it and now add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, ginger, garlic, dry red chilli and asafoetida together and sauté well.

Now add this mixture to the bigger Kadhai and mix well. Garnish with coriander and serve.
