Ingredients

  • 1 cupsuzi
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1 cuppowdered sugar
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1/2 cupghee/ malai
  • 1 tspBaking powder
  • Few drops vanilla essential optionally
  • as requiredDry fruits for garnishing

Steps

    Take a bowl and mix suji and powdered sugar together well.

  2. 2

    Add curd,milk,ghee mix it.

  3. 3

    Add baking powder and vanilla essence.

  4. 4

    Add dry fruits and mix well.

  5. 5

    Pour the better in grease tin.

  6. 6

    Garnish with almonds.

  7. 7

    Cover kadai for 40 mints.

  8. 8

    After 40 mints Bake till the cake slightly browns in the corners and toothpick comes clean.

  9. 9

    Then cake is ready.
