Ingredients

20-25 mins
  • 1 CupSabudana
  • 2Potatoes (Med)
  • LeavesCurry
  • LeavesCoriander
  • 1/4 CupPeanuts
  • Jeera
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • 4-5Green Chillies
  • 1 inchGinger
  • 3 tbspGhee

Steps

20-25 mins
  1. 1

    Soak 1 cup of sabudana overnight

  2. 2

    Create a powder like mixture of ginger and chillies with a mixy

  3. 3

    Roast the peanuts and make a powder like mixture with a mixy -- should have a crunchy consistency

  4. 4

    Take a pan, heat ghee

  5. 5

    Add Jeera and let it crackle.

  6. 6

    Add ginger chilli mixture, curry leaves, and let it cook

  7. 7

    Add Potatoes and let the potatoes cook

  8. 8

    Add peanut powder and cook for a while

  9. 9

    Add Sabudana, salt, and a little bit of sugar

  10. 10

    Mix well, cover the lid, and let it cook for a while

  11. 11

    Garnish with coriander leaves
