Ingredients

  1. 2 cupBoiled Rice
  2. 1long Carrots (fine chopped)
  3. 1/4capsicum (fine chopped)
  4. 1/2 cupCabbage (fine cut)
  5. 2spring Onion twigs (white bulb for frying rice & green leaved for garnishing)
  6. 1/2 cupcorn
  7. 1/2 cupgreen peas
  8. 1Egg
  9. Pinchorange color
  10. 1 tspsalt
  11. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  12. 2 tbssoya sauce
  13. 1 tbsvinegar
  14. 2 tbschili sauce
  15. 1 tbschicken powder
  16. 4garlic cloves
  17. 2 tbsoil for egg frying
  18. 5-6 tbsoil for rice frying

Cooking Instructions

    Boil rice and prepare vegetable for frying

  2. 2

    Add a pinch of orange color in egg and whip it. Take a pot and pour oil. Heat it up and then pour whipped egg, scramble it and take it.

    In the same pan pour more oil and add garlic, fry for 3 secs on high flame and add onions fry for more 30 sec and add all vegetables except cabbage.

    Fry all for 1 mins by adding salt, pepper, soy sauce, chili sauce and vinegar.

    Now add cabbage and fry on high flame add rice and egg also. Mix well.

  6. 6

    Garnish with spring onion and serve with any of your favorite chicken or beef gravies.
