Methi Paratha

Mix the flour and water then thicken. Add fresh methi paste and salt to taste, green chilli, chopped onion.Add 2 tsp refined oil. Mix it well all ingredients and make soft dough.

Cover the dough and rest for 15 minutes.

Heat the Tawa. Dough is ready to make chapati. Take small dough and make round chapati and put on tawa. Roast the chapati with ghee till golden brown both sides.

Methi Paratha is ready to eat. It's so yummy and crunchy.

Cut the Paratha in triagular shape and serve with curd.
