Take a theke bowl add Jowar floor salt chilli coriander powder turmeric powder spinach methi leaves curd oil 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste green chilli and mix it well

Make a soft dough with the help of water and allow it to rest for 10 minutes

After that make a small roll of all the mixture and took it into a plate grease with some oil

Add some water into the pan and heatthe water till vapours begins then took took a plate into the pan n steamed it for 10 min

After that cut the roll into small peices

Add someone into the pan then add mustard seeds seasame seed still both crackers then add gatte some salt lemon juice stir it well

Your jowar gatta is ready to serve
