Take the ingredients and keep ready. Wash the mint leaves. Chop roughly.

Now take the Jowar flour in a mixing bowl and add the chopped mint leaves, onion, salt and jeera powder

Now pour hot water as per need and knead the flour to form a dough. Keep it covered for 10 minutes.

Then make equal sized balls

Now take a ziplock cover and apply little oil on it then place a ball of kneaded dough on it

Carefully press with your hands by turning the cover and make roti.

Heat a non-stick tawa and put the rolled roti on it. With a clean damp cloth press the Jowar roti. Cover and let it cook from one side. Then flip and cook it from the other side. If you wish you can put oil or make it without oil and while serving put butter or ghee on top.

Serve hot with curry or sabji of your choice.
