Take a large bowl and add atta, sooji, salt and mix it.

Next ghee should be boiled at high temperature and add it. Mix it properly.

Now add sugar powder and mix it. Now add water slowly and mix it to make like chapati dough.

Now make them into small balls and take wooden gnocchi board and press on it. And make them in shape of shell and keep it on a cloth and let them dry.

Now take a kadai and keep oil for deep fry. After the oil is hot add the shells one by one. Fry them in low flame so that it will be cooked evenly until golden brown color.

Transfer them into serving plate. The sweet shells are ready. Crispy snacks are ready now.
