1 Hot Chocolate mug

1 cupMilk
1/2 cupcream
1/3 cupWhite chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
1 TbspSugar
1/3 Tsppure Vanilla extract
pinchsalt, optional

Place the milk, white chocolate, vanilla and a pinch of salt (if using) in a medium saucepan. Whisk continuously over medium-low heat, until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth (do not boil).

Add in cream and mix to combine. Add Chocolate shavings and Serve immediately.
