Ingredients

20 minutes
3 people
  • 250 gramchicken (cut in small fillets)
  • Marination:
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tspginger powder
  • 1 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tspzeera powder
  • 1 tspsafed mirch powder
  • 1 tspmustard paste
  • 2 tspchilli sauce
  • 2 tsphot sauce
  • To taste salt
  • Coating:
  • 1 cupmaida
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • As required bread crumbs
  • 1egg
  • Oil for frying

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the chicken in fillets of your desired size.

  2. 2

    Add all the ingredients of marination in it and leave it over night.

  3. 3

    Now beat egg in a bowl, take maida in another bowl and add salt and black pepper in it take and bread crumbs in another bowl.

  4. 4

    Heat the oil in a pan. Now coat the fillets in maida and then coat it in egg.

  5. 5

    Again coat it in maida and apply a little pressure on it and now coat it in bread crumbs and fry it in medium low heat until golden brown.
