Ingredients

  • 250 gmFinger fish
  • Salt as required
  • 2 tbsSoya sauce
  • 2 tbsChili sauce
  • 2 tbsLemon juice
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • Coating material
  • 200 grmAll-purpose flour
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tspChicken powder
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 1 litreCold water
  • 1Egg
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate fish with above sauces and spices for 2 hr

  2. 2

    Mix salt black pepper chicken powder in flour

  3. 3

    Now add egg in fish coat with flour dip in cold water then again to roll in flour and give jerk and fry in medium hot oil for 7. 7 minutes both side

  4. 4

    Serve and enjoy
