Soy sauce
Chilli sauce
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Garlic paste
Ginger powder
Cloves
Nutmeg
Paprika
Chilli
Thyme
Curry masala and ducros
White pepper
Black pepper
Oregano
Fish seasoning
Seasoning
Mix seasoning
Oil

Wash your fish with lemon and let it drain

In a bowl mix all your seasoning and spices, add soy sauce, chilli sauce and oil to make a paste
3

Rub marinade in and our properly, cover and marinate for 1 to 2hrs. Grill on low heat until soft
