Gujaratis love Khakhra. This is a just different kind of version of Khakhra. It's healthy option for snack.
Steps

Collect all ingredients together and bind it with some water. Give minimum 1 hour rest to dough. After that, divide the dough into equal portions.

Roll it. Use rice flour if necessary as I've used maize flour and jowar flour, it tends to break. Roast it on both sides. I used Chapati maker to make this.

Roast it on both sides. Apply ghee, once it is ready. Keep it separate till it is cool down completely otherwise it will be soggy.

Store it in airtight container.
