Mashed potatoes in a mixing bowl

Wash, rinse and Soak poha for 5 minutes. Strain it and keep aside.

Wash and Chop spinach.

Mix mashed potatoes, poha and chopped spinach in a mixing bowl. Add ginger chili garlic paste and all dry ingredients/masala.

Squeeze lemon juice and mix well like a dough.

Take a portion of dough and make a ball and roll it with the help of your palms and make rolls.

Roll these rolls on corn flour and keep aside.

Heat oil in a wok. Deep fry rolls till golden brown.

Serve hot with sauce or chutney of your choice.
