Ingredients

  1. 1small katori white Seasame seeds(Til)
  2. 1katori sugar same as Til
  3. 8-9kaju chopped
  4. 1tspn ghee
  5. 1/4tspn cardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly roast Til in a pan.

    Heat ghee into a pan then add sugar and stirr continuously on low to medium flame, caramelize sugar.

    When all sugar melt then check it become crunchy or not by adding a drop in cold water.

  4. 4

    When it become crunchy then add roasted Til and kaju and mix quickly very well.

  5. 5

    Now put all mixture on a greased plate and rolled with greased rolling pin and cut into desired shape. Quickly do this process.
    Let it cool

    Til Chikki is ready
