  • 1ٹیبل اسپون دھنیہ پسا
  • 1ٹی اسپون پسی ہلدی
  • 1ٹی اسپون نمک
  • 1/2ٹی اسپون پسا گرم مصالحہ
  • 1/2کپ آئل
  • 1بنچ سویا یا ہرادھنیہ
  • 2کپ پالک
  • 4ٹیبل اسپون کٹی ادرک

    گوشت دھو کر ایک پتیلی میں گوشت نمک ادرک لہسن ہلدی دھنیہ پیاز ٹماٹر کٹے لال مرچ اور 1/4 کپ آئل دو کپ پانی کے ساتھ چولھے پر چڑھا دیں ۔ یہ طریقہ سوندھ کر پکانا کہلاتا ہے ۔

    شلجم کے گول پتلے سلائس کاٹ کر اسکے چار ٹکڑے کر لیں پالک سویا بھی باریک کاٹ لیں ۔

    جب گوشت گل جائے تو اسمیں کٹے شلجم پالک اور سویا ڈالکر 1/4 کپ پانی کے ساتھ گلالیں۔

    اب بچا ہوا آئل ڈالکر تیز آنچ پر سالن بھونیں تقریبا 6 سے 7 منٹ پھر پسا گرم مصالحہ کٹی ادرک ہری مرچیں ڈالکر دم لگا دیں دو منٹ گرم گرم چپاتی کے ساتھ سرو کریں ۔
