Heat skillet over medium heat. Cook ground beef, drain excess fat. Add onions and garlic. Cook until beef has browned and is crumbly. Add pickles and pickle juice. Turn heat down and let ingredients simmer until flavors are absorbed.

Serve on buns or on bread in a panini maker.
