Ingredients

30 mints
3- 4people
  • 1 cupbesan
  • 1 cuppiyaaz
  • 2potatoes peeled and kadokash
  • Salt to taste
  • 1green chilli
  • Half cup cabbage
  • 1 tspoon crushed red chilli
  • half tspoon zeera
  • Half tspoon dhaniya

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all the cut veges in a bowl

  2. 2

    Now add all the spices

  3. 3

    Thn add dry besan

  4. 4

    Mix all veges & besan.. thn add water to combine it

  5. 5

    Now deep fry one by one in oil

  6. 6

    Note! Dont add too much water in besan.. add gradually

  7. 7

    Crispy Pakoras are ready to serve with chatni ketchup ! 👍🏻😋
