Peel and cut yam into small chunks and wash

Grind the pepper mix

Grind the crayfish

Chopp ugwu leaves

Soak the fish into hot salt water and allow to soak before washing

Wash your meat

In a pot put everything together and cover them with water

Place on fire and allow to cook

If the yam is cooked use spatula to mash a few chunks to thicken your porridge

Adjust taste and lower heat for 5mins. Serve hot
