Eel Roll and California Roll

I had an avocado left in a refrigerator, so I used it in the sushi.
You will have some leftover rice with 2 rice cooker cups of rice. 1 cup may be enough to make thin slim rolls.
If the eel fillet is large, half the size will be enough. Cut into thin strips to use it. Recipe by miyuseve

Steps
- 1
Make the sushi rice.
- 2
Cut the nori into 2/3 of the original size. Spread sushi rice on the nori. Make the edge close to you thinner. Sprinkle the rice with sesame seeds.
- 3
Place the plastic wrap on top of it and flip the rice and the nori onto the makisu (the bamboo mat). Place half of the unagi, avocado and cucumber on it and roll up the sushi.
- 4
Make the California rolls in the same manner. You will need 1, 2 or 2 and a half of imitation crab sticks, depending on their size.
