Marinate the chicken breast pieces with yogurt, ginger, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Remove the chicken from the fridge. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add oil. Once hot, add the chicken and cook until it releases its juices and is fully cooked through.

After the chicken is cooked, add 1 tablespoon of the shawarma spice mix and stir well to combine.

Add the diced bell pepper and tomato to the pan. Sauté everything together, then add another 1/2 tablespoon of the spice mix and stir well.

Once the vegetables are tender and everything is well mixed, turn off the heat and transfer the shawarma to a serving dish.

You can also make delicious sandwiches using hoagie rolls or pita bread.
