Firstly wash the palak and blanch it for few seconds. Then let it cool down a bit then add this into a grinder, add coriander leaves, curd and grind it into a smooth paste. Keep this paste aside.

Then heat a pan and shallow fry the potato pieces and keep it aside.

Heat a pan add ghee+oil in it. Let the oil heat up. Then add shahi jeera, cloves, cinnamon sticks, green cardamom, black cardamom, chakra-phool, bay leaf & dried red chilli. Let them splutter a bit

Then add chicken pieces & fried potatoes to it. Mix it well. Then add chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, chopped green chillies and ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder Give everything a good mix.

Now cover it and cook it on a low flame for about 20 mins, keep stirring occasionally. Do Not add any water to it. When the chicken is 90 percent done, add the palak-coriander paste to it.

Now give everything a good mix & cover it and cook it for 8 to 10 mins more. Now switch off the flame and garnish it with some chopped coriander.

It goes well with steamed rice, fried rice, pulao or with any kind of assorted rotis.
