Sab se pehly aloo ko grate karlyn aur strainer me dal ke sara pani dry karlyn press kar ke. Aloo blkul dry karlyny hyn.

Sara pani nikal lyn aysy aur discard kardyn.

Ab aloo me sary spices aur eggs dal ke achi trhan se mix karyn.

Non-stick pan par halka sa butter lagake grease karyn aur flame blkul low rkhyn.

Ahista ahista sara batter dal ke aschi trhan evenly phela dyn pory pan par. Har side same honi chahy moti ya patli layer nhn bnani aur flame bht low rkhni hai.

Low flame par 10 minutes take fry karna hai phr check karyn agar colour golden brown a chuka toside change kardyn otherwise thori c dair aur pakayn. Dono side se colour ajay toserve karyn. Agar ap ke pass non-stick pan nhn hai tonormal waly bhi bana skty hyn lekinbht ahtiyat se q ke yeh phr chipkta bht ziada hai.
