Ingredients

  1. 1 glassrice
  2. 2 glasswater
  3. To taste salt
  4. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1/3 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1/3 tspgaram masala
  7. 1/3 tspcoriander powder
  8. 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  9. 2 tspoil
  10. 1chopped onion
  11. 1chopped capsicum,carrot
  12. 1chopped potato
  13. as requiredSome peas

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly wash rice and strain it. Now collect all the ingredients.

    Now take a kadai add oil,cumin seeds and heat it.

  3. 3

    Now potato,onion,carrot and peas, capsicum and mix well. Then add salt,red chilli powder,garam masala,turmeric powder,kitchen king masala,coriander powder and rice.

    Now add water and cover the plate.Let the pulav cook in kadai When it gives 15 mins turn off gas.Veg pulao is ready to serve hot.
