Ingredients

  • 340g/200ml Runny Honey
  • 700 gFrozen Strawberries
  • 1 KgGreek Yoghurt
  • 1 LitreAlmond Milk
  • 4bananas

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend in a Electric Blender - throw blendings into a very large Mixing Bowl.

  2. 2

    Stir - store in the Fridge with lids on and enjoy drinking the Smoothie when you feel like it.

A similar Smoothie can be made with 600g Raspberries and 200ml of Golden Syrup,can drink it with the Raspberry Pips in,or better still - strain the Smoothie through a clean muslin cloth.
