Ingredients

250 gm Ginger powder
2Little cloves,
5Black pepper,
1 dalchini,
1/2 tsp saunf
2 big elaichi
2Few small elachi

Steps

1

In a Pan put all ingredients and saute for 4 to 5 minutes in a low flame and grind to fine powder.

While making/boiling Tea/Chai,put 1tsp of Chai Masala in it. Enjoy hot tea with Toast.
