  • ٹماٹر 1 کلو
  • فرائی پیاز 2 کھانے کے چمچ
  • ادرک/لہسن پیسٹ 2 کھانے کے چمچ
  • چکن کڑاہی مصالحہ 1 پیکٹ
  • ہرا مصالحہ سجاوٹ لے لئے
  • تیل حسب ضرورت

    چکن میں ادرک /لہسن پیسٹ،اور کڑاہی مصالحہ لگا کر آدھے گھنٹے کے لئے رکھ دیں۔

  2. 2

    تیل گرم کر کے اس میں چکن ڈال کر رنگ بدلنے تک بھون کے کٹے ہوئے ٹماٹر ڈال کر اور ہری مرچ ڈال کے اس کو 10 منٹ دم پہ رکھ دیں۔

    گرم روٹی کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔
