Ingredients

10 minutes
  • 2 litresmilk
  • 2 tablespoonlemon jouice
  • 2 tspvinegar
  • 2 tspsugar
  • 2 tspPan masala
  • 4 tspgulkand
  • 4 tspcolourful sauf for decoration

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    First, In a deep bottem pan add 1 liter milk deduce it around 40 %.

  2. 2

    On the other side in a deep bottem pan add milk boil it add lemon juice mix it continuously with staptula.

  3. 3

    When chena & water become saperate strain with strainer wash the chena with water.

  4. 4

    Now add chena in reduced milk sugar Pan masala gulkand Now again reduced it till dry.

  5. 5

    On the other hand in a try arrange butter paper gress it oil Pour reduced mixture spread properly in thick shape now sprinkle colourful sauf now keep into refeeze rator at least 4 hour to set.

  6. 6

    After 4 hour.take the tray out of freeze, now cut into desire shape. Serve it chilled.
