  • 1/2 KgPotatoes
  • 1Tomato
  • 1/2 teaspooncumin seed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoonchilli flakes
  • 1 teaspooncoriander seeds crushed
  • 1 Tablespoonsfenugreek seeds
  • 2 cupwater
  • 1 teaspoonnigella seeds
  • 2 teaspoonlemon juice or tamarind paste
  • Salt to taste

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boiled potato and cut in cubes add spices

    Roughly Chopped Tomatoes,add in a pan.

    Then add water and let it simmer on low flame

    Then add spices and mix well

    Stir constantly and let it simmer until thick enough.add
